Mental health and emotional wellness are important parts of balancing your academic experience. Individual counseling services for enrolled (CA) students are free and are now being offered through telehealth (remotely). Drop in consultations, called Let’s Talk, are also available daily. To learn more about finding a community provider, attending a group/workshop or to schedule an appointment, email, or phone, 562-907-4239 (between 8am – 5pm; M-TH; 8am – 3pm Fri).

For support after 5pm, you may call the After-Hours RN Telephone Advice Line at 562-454- 4548 (press option 1); for mental health emergencies contact Campus Safety at 562-907-4211. Off-campus resources include:
