This course reviews the major theories and research in personality psychology. We will explore the perspectives of a variety of personality theorists and the empirical research that supports or disconfirms their theories. You will become familiar with personality theorists such as Freud, Adler, Jung, Klein, Fromm, Maslow, Skinner, Allport, and Bandura, amongst others. You will also be encouraged to reflect on your own personality and that of others.
