Personality Psychology is dedicated to the study of individuals, explaining how personality develops and describing what makes each of us unique. Personality psychologists explain how character traits are established and what internal and external factors influence our personality development. We will be looking at factors that have influenced the development of your personality and how this relates to past, present, and future decisions you make. We will also take several personality assessments to provide you insight and guidance for future personal and professional choices. This course will be a voyage of self-exploration and, I believe, one that will enable you to better understand yourself and make your lives more fulfilling.
