Ethics is the study of the difference between right and wrong, including whether it exists, how we know it, whether it is the same for different people, etc. We will study what other people have said in the process of forming our own conclusions. We will read some hard books, partly because they important and partly just for practice. But the real subject of our inquiry is what you think: the more you ask and answer your own questions, the better you will do.
