OBJECTIVES: To introduce the student to the following areas:
1. Memorization of Shakespearean texts and language.
2. Performance and understanding of Shakespeare in scenes and monologues.
3. Exploring and examining the texts and literature of William Shakespeare.
4. Physical and vocal expression.
5. Self-awareness in regards to performance and acting choices.
6. Public performance(s) of Shakespeare’s scenes and monologues.
